Most issues can be resolved in a minute. If they cannot, send us a privacy-safe diagnostics bundle from History & Support in the Windows app.

Microphone

Select the correct input in Preferences, open Windows or macOS microphone privacy settings, then run the built-in microphone test.

Shortcut

Choose a shortcut with Ctrl, Alt, or Shift that is not already reserved by another app. Changes take effect immediately.

Text did not insert

Qolvivo protects the wrong window and secure fields. Use Paste Last or Copy Last to recover a completed transcript safely.

Account access

Open your account to review trial or subscription status, then reconnect the desktop app with a fresh one-time code if needed.

Contact support

Email support@saywright.app with your platform, Qolvivo version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include passwords, payment details, provider keys, or sensitive dictated text.
