Terms of service

Who you are contracting with

Qolvivo is operated by Jericho Consulting. These terms form an agreement between you and Jericho Consulting when you create an account, start a trial, buy a subscription, or use Qolvivo.

Using Qolvivo

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use Qolvivo only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing dictated text before relying on or sending it.

Free access, trials, and subscriptions

Qolvivo Pro is $12 monthly or $120 annually, unless another price is shown at checkout. New accounts may dictate up to 5,000 words during a trial lasting no more than 14 days. The trial ends when either limit is reached. Afterward, Qolvivo Free currently provides up to 2,000 dictated words per weekly allowance with published library limits. We may apply reasonable abuse protections. A paid subscription starts and is charged immediately when selected at checkout. Taxes may apply. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade limits, interfere with its operation, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, infringe others' rights, or use it to create unlawful or harmful content.

Your content

You retain rights in what you dictate. You give Qolvivo the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the service. You represent that you have the right to provide it.

Software license

While using Qolvivo Free, an active trial, or a paid subscription, Qolvivo grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Mac and Windows apps. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use the service to build a competing training dataset.

Availability and AI output

Speech recognition and AI editing can make mistakes. The service is provided on an as-available basis and is not intended for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without qualified human review.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms say otherwise. We may suspend use for fraud, security risk, material breach, or legal necessity.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qolvivo's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
